CYMEL® 1172 resin is an unalkylated glycoluril crosslinker supplied in water at 45% solids. It is designed to be used for crosslinking aqueous neutral or acidic hydroxyl or amide functional polymers and combines excellent stability at acidic pH (as low as 4) with excellent reactivity. CYMEL® 1172 resin cannot be used in amine neutralized or basic coating systems because of the potential problems of demethylolation of the compound and a significant decrease in cure response.

CARPOL® PGP-2012 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2012 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 12% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® PGP-2000.

Sand Texture Modular S-01 is RandD by our own company, so it is brand new and innovative composite materials which are easy to operate and could be mastered quickly during production. It is different from traditional texture powder coating’s production process and preparation design. Sand Texture Modular S-01 could replace texture additive, wax, and parts of polyester resin in traditional texture powder coating formula, lowering the production cost. The cost could also be adjusted according to performance and the property you want to get. All the physical and chemical properties are improved, especially for film hardness, which could be improved to 3-8H (pencil hardness).

Foral® 105 resin is the pentaerythritol ester of highly hydrogenated gum rosin. A pale thermoplastic resin, it offers advantages as a tackifier or modifier in various adhesive and coating compositions. Foral® 105 resin exhibits outstanding resistance to oxidation and to discoloration caused by heat and ageing. It has a substantially higher softening point than glycerol rosin esters, and is therefore recommended where a harder resin may be desirable.

CARPOL® TEAP-265 is a triethanolamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resultant material has a nominal functionality of three and a typical hydroxyl number of 635. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. Primarily used as a rigid polyol modifier, CARPOL® TEAP-265 can be used to cut the high viscosity seen with most sucrose based rigid polyols while acting as a good crosslinker. In addition, this polyol contains amine which enhances the overall system reactivity.
