CARPOL®

CARPOL® EDAP-770 is an ethylenediamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 770. This tetrol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide and is autocatalytic due to its amine content. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, CARPOL® EDAP-770 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.

CARPOL® EDAP-800 is an ethylenediamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 800. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-1000 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® GP-1000-60 Polyolis a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 1000 Da. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-1000-60 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® GP-240 is a single-ingredient product. It belongs to the polyethers chemical family and is identified as polyoxyalkylene triol.

This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 71% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include flexible foam, however, CARPOL® GP-5171 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.
