Hybricor™

Hybricor™ 204S is a pigment grade Hybrid corrosion inhibitor, effective in primer applications intended for cast and structural aluminum protection. It can easily be incorporated into the coating using a high speed disperser. Hybricor™ 204S has a particle size of 7 Hegman which permits its use in both primer and DTM applications.

Hybricor™ 204 is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr⁶⁺ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (&lt; 20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems. Use level varies by intended application requirements.
