CYMEL® 1172 resin is an unalkylated glycoluril crosslinker supplied in water at 45% solids. It is designed to be used for crosslinking aqueous neutral or acidic hydroxyl or amide functional polymers and combines excellent stability at acidic pH (as low as 4) with excellent reactivity. CYMEL® 1172 resin cannot be used in amine neutralized or basic coating systems because of the potential problems of demethylolation of the compound and a significant decrease in cure response.

Waynflash™

Waynflash™ 111 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor which contains sodium nitrite as part of its flash rust inhibition matrix. It is a highly effective inhibitor for the flash rusting on ferrous substrates during aqueous paint phase. It has also proven to be affective in preventing in can rusting. Typical used levels range from 0.25 - 1.0% max. based upon total formula weight. It is highly versatile and can be used in any water based systems. WaynflashTM 111 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

CARPOL® PGP-2012 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2012 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 12% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® PGP-2000.

Sand Texture Modular S-01 is RandD by our own company, so it is brand new and innovative composite materials which are easy to operate and could be mastered quickly during production. It is different from traditional texture powder coating’s production process and preparation design. Sand Texture Modular S-01 could replace texture additive, wax, and parts of polyester resin in traditional texture powder coating formula, lowering the production cost. The cost could also be adjusted according to performance and the property you want to get. All the physical and chemical properties are improved, especially for film hardness, which could be improved to 3-8H (pencil hardness).

EBECRYL® 8409 is a low viscosity aliphatic urethane diacrylate. Films of EBECRYL® 8409 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, toughness and excellent exterior durability. Low viscosity coatings or enhanced performance via increased oligomer content are possible with EBECRYL® 8409. Note that EBECRYL® 8409 typically develops a semi-crystalline aspect upon storage.
