Additin® RC 4295 is a non-staining, bariumfree anticorrosion additive providing excellent solubility in high paraffinic base fluids. Additin® RC 4295 surpasses the performance of conventional Barium type products. Additin® RC 4295shows outstanding anticorrosive properties in Kesternich or salt spray cabinet test procedures. In most cases temporary preventatives based on Additin® RC 4295 can be removed by alkaline washing. Additin® RC 4295 can also be used as a corrosion inhibitor in lubricating greases. Additin® RC 4295 is not suitable for circulating systems.
