Product Applications
  • Additin® RC 5570 A is a low treat rate synthetic package designed for multiple applications including cutting and grinding operations, such as surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, creep feed grinding, drilling, reaming and thread cutting.
  • Further advantages of Additin RC 5570 A include excellent corrosion protection with low odor.
  • The water based synthetic fluid based on this additive package gives a clear view of the work piece and offers outstanding tramp oil rejection.
  • The benefit of being mineral oil free also allows quick fines settlement, allowing clear flow to the work piece, without build up at the grinding wheel.
  • Additin 5570 A can be blended easily with EP additives, such as Additin RC 5201 and lubricity additive RC 5010 for heavy duty applications.
  • The high quality Additin® RC 5570 A package gives a straightforward blending process, by simply diluting with water, minimizing process and vessel occupancy time, as well as reducing inventory requirements for multiple components.
