    • Given the inherent fluctuations in raw materials and the minimal processing involved in production, the presence of dark specs and variability between batches is to be expected.
    • For emulsion systems, for improving water holding capacity of food systems, and for general fibre addition.
    • Pour the powder (previously blended with other dry ingredients) over the water or milk, while it is quickly stirred. Keep stirring until dispersion. The water binding capacity increases with the mixing speed. Do not pour the liquid over the powder.
