HYPOD™ 2000 Polyolefin Dispersion is an aqueous acid-modified polyolefin dispersion. It is a distinct material capable of enhancing the properties of textiles and nonwoven substrates.

  • Stir prior to use
  • Do not over dilute (avoid < 10% solids)
  • Keep pH above 9
  • Clean with water (preferably deionized or softened water)

HYPOD™ 2000  Polyolefin Dispersion can be easily formulated to match the application needs:

  • Rheology modifier to adjust viscosity
  • Defoamer to avoid foam formation during mixing and application
  • Surfactant to adjust surface tension
  • Compatibility with filler such as calcium carbonate, aluminium hydroxide, titanium dioxide.
