Product Benefits

Kane Ace® M-210 provides excellent impact strength to both simple and complex part designs, while maintaining transparency of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). Kane Ace® M-210 is applicable to a wide range of molding ways, such as extrusion, injection, and cell casting.

Applications & Uses

Product Application
  • Extruded Parts and Injection Molded Parts - Kane Ace® M-210 yields high impact strength and clarity. Because of its high efficiency. there are minimal effects on stiffness characteristics,
  • processing and dimensional stability.
  • Cell Cast Sheets - Kane Ace® M-210 disperses into media of acrylic cell casting process, maintaining good clarity in resulting sheets.

Storage & Handling

Storage Conditions

Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Store locked up. Store containers in a cool, dry location, away from direct sunlight, sources of intense heat, or where freezing is possible. Do not cause static spark; ground all equipment. Systems must be designed to safely handle and convey a material capable of causing a dust explosion. Do not store near high temperature, boilers, heaters, hot pipes, flames or oxidizing agents. Keep area ventilated. Since material can burn, consider limiting indoor storage to areas equipped with appropriate automatic sprinkler systems. Improper storage conditions may shorten safe storage time. Since these products may degrade over time, and in order to avoid possible self-ignition, it is recommended that unused material be properly disposed of 3 years after the manufacturing date. Material should be stored in secondary containers or in a diked area, as appropriate.
