- Kane Ace® MX-120 is suitable for use in the production of composites from prepregs, filament winding, pultrusion, and resin transfer molding. Other applications include coatings, adhesives, copper-clad laminates and electrical castings.
- The resulting composite, adhesive or coating exhibits improved adhesion, facture toughness, lap shear strength, and durability without sacrificing glass transition temperature or other thermal properties related to the cross-link density. Kane Ace® MX-120 product is also free of ionic and organic contaminants.
- Curing Agents: Kane Ace® MX-120 is compatible with typical cold, warm and hot curing agents for coatings, adhesives and composites.

Storage & Handling

To more easily discharge material from the drum, Kane Ace® MX-120 can be heated up to a temperature of 80 ºC for not more than 72 hours.
- Storage Information
Kane Ace® MX-120 is suitable for use for at least 12 months from the date of shipment when stored in the original, unopened container. Viscosity of this product may increase by more than 10% by exposure to high temperature. The product should be kept away from excessive cold to prevent crystallization of the epoxy.
