Kane Ace PA-81 has excellent powder properties with typical larger particle size, more spherical particle shape and tighter particle size distribution as compared to many competitive processing aids. This results in greater efficiency in processing, ease of handling, effective weighing and a less dusty working environment.
Applications & Uses
- Product Applications
Rigid Transparent PVC Sheet – Kane Ace® PA-81 can contribute to an improved processing window with lower fish-eye, better control over flow marks & excellent tensile strength through proper fusion control for vinyl transparent sheet applications. Melt elasticity and melt strength can be improved through the use of Kane Ace® PA-81.
