Technical Details & Test Data
- Incorporations
- SMP-LP is added to vessel containing only water at temperature 25-30℃, then mix at speed 1500-2000 rpm for 20-30 min, after sufficient hydration time, getting the homogeneous pre-gel.
- Use it immediately or place it for 8-24 hours. Add the bentonite solution into the required system under mixing. 8-12% concentration is recommended for pre-gel. It often benefits from the applying of pregel method.
- Recommended incorporation levels are 0.1-1.0% (of the total system ) depending on the desired application properties.
