EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.

Lithographic inks based on EBECRYL® 1871 display excellent rheological properties ensuring good ink transfer from the printing plate to the blanket and then to the substrate, combined with good dot definition. EBECRYL® 1871 has been specifically developed to formulate low migration UV/EB curable inks for indirect food contact applications.

Kane Ace® MV-01 is an acrylic styrene copolymer type melt viscosity improver for Polyester resin.

EBECRYL® LEO 10601 is a modified epoxy acrylate that provides low extractables and low odor after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10601 exhibits good pigment wetting properties and produces UV offset inks exhibiting enhanced ink water balance and low misting. EBECRYL® LEO 10601 can also be used to produce UV flexo inks with good flow, high gloss and high reactivity.

EBECRYL® 820 is a low viscosity polyester acrylate oligomer, with exceptional pigment wetting properties. This combined with the low viscosity of this material makes it ideal as a pigment grinding resin. EBECRYL® 820 also gives a fast cure response when formulated with other oligomers and cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). EBECRYL® 820 is used for the preparation of pigment pastes with high pigment loading. This can be produced using a triple roll mill or bead mill. EBECRYL® 820 can be used for grinding all process colors and spot colors. EBECRYL® 820 has been specifically developed to formulate UV/EB curable inks for sensitive applications such as food packaging.

EBECRYL® LEO 10502 is a low viscosity polymeric tetrafunctional polyether acrylate that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10502 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV/EB curable overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks.

Kane Ace MP-21 is a high molecular weight acrylic polymer for the use in PLA resin applications.

EBECRYL® 53 is a purified grade of OTA 480, especially developed for formulating ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable printing inks and overprint varnishes for food packaging applications. The purification process removes impurities that are potential sources for odor and extractables in cured products.
