PURMOL™ 4ST is a sodium (Na) type A zeolite with a pore size of approximately 4 Angstroms (0.4 nm). PURMOL™ 4ST is recommended for use with high quality coatings. In general, we recommend the addition of 2.5% - 5% Purmol powder to the polyol component. This must be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of two hours to allow the Purmol to adsorb all the water before addition of the isocyanate. With metal dust coatings we recommend the addition of 0.5% - 2% PURMOL™ 4ST powder.

ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier is an alkali-soluble, anionic associative thickener, designed to give medium-shear-rate viscosity in interior/exterior flat latex paints. ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier can be used as either a primary or co-thickener in water-based coatings. It offers excellent resistance to roller spattering with better film build and leveling than conventional thickeners. Paints formulated with ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier as a sole thickener exhibit improved flow and leveling compared with medium- to high-molecular-weight cellulosic thickeners. The rheology can be modified to further improve flow and leveling by addition of low levels of surfactant or glycol-ether-type co-solvents to reduce the low-shear viscosity. Addition of some pre-dispersed colorant may also have this effect. ACRYSOL™ TT-935 Rheology Modifier is recommended for interior paints requiring improved flow and leveling and lower raw material cost compared to cellulosic thickeners. Where superior water resistance is required, we recommend ACRYSOL™ SCT-275 Rheology Modifier. ACRYSOL™ TT-935 can be used in exterior paints, but formulators should exercise caution to minimize potential blistering due to the anionic nature of this product. Delivered as a low-viscosity liquid, it is very easy to handle and incorporate into paint. It is resistant to microbiological degradation, thereby avoiding viscosity loss in paint, a common problem for manufacturers.

TEGO® DISPers 690 is a polymeric highly efficient wetting and dispersing additive for solvent borne formulations. Especially suitable for solvent borne flexo inks, even NC-free inks. Wets and stabilizes organic pigments and carbon blacks.

EBECRYL® 8800 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted with 10% by weight of the reactive diluent ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate (EOEOEA). Films of EBECRYL® 8800 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, rapid cure response and resistance to yellowing.

Bayferrox® 110 M is a single-ingredient inorganic pigment, identified as Pigment Red 101. It is offering strong and reliable color for various applications.

Ceridust® 3910 is a micronized amide wax.

FlexTalc® 815D are an ultrafine talc product line specifically engineered for use in high performance TPO applications. FlexTalc® products are made by a proprietary process that results in talc products which have very high aspect ratios, are easily dispersed, provide unmatched heat aging and offer exceptional compounded color. They are avalable in powder and compacted (D) forms, lightly compacted (LD) and sized/compacted (DS).

AP 1018 is a low viscosity reactive, solvent free phenalkamine hardener for epoxy resins based lacquers and coatings.

Bermocoll® EHM EXTRA is an associative non-ionic, water-soluble cellulose ether that improves the rheological properties of water-based paints.

PARALOID™ B-1225DMC functions as a binder, resin, and dispersant in case ingredient applications.

Bayferrox® 6672 is an inorganic pigment based on iron compounds, available as a single ingredient product used in various pigmentation applications.

RHOPLEX® CL-105 is designed for use in factory-applied, waterborne, acrylic wood finishes that require warmth, clarity, grain character and sandability. Sealers based on this emulsion have excellent sanding characteristics without the addition of stearates or other sanding aids. Formulations based on RHOPLEX® CL-105 are clear from the moment they are applied due to their excellent wet film clarity. These formulations also dry very rapidly. Clear lacquers based on RHOPLEX® CL-105 are formulated to have very low VOC and HAPS content, important advantages over solvent borne lacquers.

BAYFAST® YELLOW Y5688 /OF is an Azo complex.

Ceridust® 3030 TP is a micronized additive made from metallocene based high density polyethylene wax.Ceridust® 3030 TP is suitable for all kinds of printing inks and is especially recommended for pasty or solvent based systems. It creates excellent rub resistance and slip effect while keeping a high gloss level. The narrow and fine particles can furthermore prevent pilling on rubber blankets. It is furthermore an excellent additive for liquid coatings and especially recommended for solvent based systems or UV curing formulations. Used in liquid coatings like e.g. for packaging applications, Ceridust® 3030 TP creates excellent scratch resistance, slip effect and protection of the finished good.
