Superior Graphite 2939 is a purified flake product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes flake graphite to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite 2939 is a fine size grade, relatively denser than the equivalent APH grade of the 'Thermally Purified Flake' product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are increase in thermal and electrical conductivity, coatings, coefficient of friction reduction, and wear reduction in high demanding applications.

D.E.R.® 570 is a low viscosity modified cycloaliphatic amine hardener. D.E.R.® 570 imparts high strength and excellent chemical resistance.

D.E.R.® 6330-A10 Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A containing 10 wt% of a polyacrylate flow modifier. D.E.R.® 6330-A10 Solid Epoxy Resin is used mainly in epoxy-polyester powder coating formulations for decorative applications. It is a self-leveling resin which contains 10% by weight of a silicone free flow agent and is utilized as a master batch in conjunction with epoxy resins which do not contain a flow agent.

TEGO® Therm HPG 6806 is a purely mineral product based on silicone dioxide. TEGO® Therm HPG 6806 can be combined with other materials to produce thermal insulation coatings.

D.E.R.® 6510-HT has been developed for high-performance, fusion bonded epoxy coatings withstanding high operating temperatures. This resin also offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance coupled with the outstanding heat performance. D.E.R.® 6510-HT solid epoxy resin is a 2-functional epoxy resin which has been chemically modified to allow fusion bonded powder coating formulations to withstand operating temperatures up to 160°C. D.E.R.® 6510-HT solid epoxy resin enables fusion bonded binder systems to achieve an optimized balance of properties using commonly available, commercial crosslinkers and normal processing conditions. D.E.R.® 6510-HTsolid epoxy resin can be used in combination with standard and modified bisphenol A and novolac epoxy resins. This will help formulators to develop a powder coating system with the right balance of thermal and mechanical properties while still providing good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.

Superior Graphite 5526 is a very fine grade within this product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are wear reduction and increase in thermal and electrical conductivity for high demanding applications.

D.E.R.® 6508 Solid Epoxy Resin has been developed for high-performance, fusion bonded epoxy coatings for demanding functional coating applications. It also has excellent chemical and corrosion resistance coupled with outstanding heat performance. D.E.R. 6508 Epoxy Resin is a 2-functional epoxy resin which has been chemically modified to allow the formulation of highly crosslinked, heat-resistant systems capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 160°C. Unlike other resins used in high performance applications, D.E.R.® 6508 Resin achieves an excellent balance of properties using commonly available, commercial crosslinkers and normal processing conditions. In addition, D.E.R.® 6508 Solid Epoxy Resin is compatible with bisphenol A and novolac- modified epoxy resins, allowing the formulation of systems having an optimized balance of mechanical and thermal properties while still providing good corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

RG-80002 Carbon Black provides liquid colorants that is low in viscosity, high in color strength, and maintain excellent stability. Possible applications for the RG line include but are not limited to truck bed liners, industrial floor coatings, agricultural coatings and athletic surfaces. RG is compatible in numerous resins such as epoxy, polyester and polyaspartic.

Wayncor™ 213 is a general purpose corrosion inhibitive pigment which demonstrates good stability and corrosion resistance in a wide variety of systems. Typical use level is between 3 - 7% total formula weight.

D.E.R.® 6116 Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight, solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 6116 Solid Epoxy Resin is a standard, low molecular weight, solid epoxy resin which has been developed for use in powder coatings where it provides excellent flow in standard as well as in low temperature cure systems. D.E.R. 6116 Resin can be used in both epoxy and epoxy/polyester powder coating applications to improve mechanical and chemical resistance properties. D.E.R.® 6116 Solid Epoxy Resin offers, as standard, a lower epoxide equivalent weight and viscosity than D.E.R. 662E Solid Epoxy Resin. D.E.R.® 6116 Resin is suggested for use in applications in which D.E.R.® 662E Resin does not provide adequate flow.
