Additin® RC 8221 protects primarily copper and cobalt, including their alloys, as well as nickel from corrosion, forming an extremely thin, stable and virtually colorless film on the metal surface by chemisorption. The formation of copper ions in formulations, e.g. cooling or heat transfer fluids, are prevented and consequently the copper ion catalyzed oxidation or degradation reactions are avoided. The durability of products such as lubricoolants, antifreezes, hydraulic fluids, oil-based media and rubber is improved.

Antkote® 2035 is a hydroxyfunctional polyacrylic dispersion designed for vehicle, machinery, and anticorrosion coating. In combination with polyisocyanates or other crosslinkers, it can be used for two-component coating. It also can be used for one-component baking coating with amino resins or blocked polyisocyanates. Approx. 43% in water/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 47.5:7.5. Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine (<2wt%), bound as a salt.

AEROSIL® R 974 SP is a single-ingredient organosilicon compound, specifically silica dimethyl silylate. It is compatible with silicone elastomers and is odor-free. This product is commonly used in varnishes and toners, where it enhances the flow properties and performance of these formulations.

Aquolin® 280 is a water dispersible polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). In combination with waterborne polyurethane, polyacrylate, etc., it can be used for water-borne coatings and adhesives.
