ACEMATT® 3600

ACEMATT® 3400 is a specially after-treated thermal silica with a unique property profile. Along with excellent matting efficiency, it provides multiple functionalities in coating formulations. It is especially recommended for soft-feel applications with high surface smoothness.

These products are typically used to reduce VOC levels; increase filler loadings; improve hardness; and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. Due to the ceramic chemistry of these products, they are also UV transparent down to 250 nm and have utility in radiation-curable and thin-film powder coatings.

EBECRYL® 1885 is an undiluted polyesteracrylate resin. Films of EBECRYL® 1885 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibits high flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. EBECRYL® 1885 is recommended for parquet floor and furniture applications.

EBECRYL® 3418 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits excellent reactivity and reduced viscosity. Films of EBECRYL® 3418 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high flexibility, gloss, toughness, adhesion and superior chemical and scratch resistance.

EBECRYL® 8800-20R is an aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted with the reactive diluents tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) (1) and ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate (EOEOEA)(2). Films of EBECRYL® 8800-20R cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit toughness, flexibility, good exterior durability and resistance to yellowing.
