CARPOL® GP-1000 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 1000 Da. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-1000 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ 1100 is a blend of polyethers, primarily glycerol ethoxylated propoxylated and polyalkylene glycol. It functions as a nonionic surfactant.

CARPOL® PGP-2000-60 initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2000-60 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000. This diol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity.

Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) is an aliphatic diisocyanate well suited for the production of non-yellowing type PU polymers and primarily used in PU paints.

Bluesil™ FLD 48 V6 000 is a polydimethylsiloxane silicone oils with linears chains and reactive hydroxyl endgroups.

CARPOL® GP-240 is a single-ingredient product. It belongs to the polyethers chemical family and is identified as polyoxyalkylene triol.

CARPOL® PGP-4025 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 4000 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® PGP-4000. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® PGP-4025 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

Bluesil™ FLD 621 V10 000 is a α/ ω vinyl dimethylpolysiloxanes. They are available in viscosities from 20 mm²/s to 170 000 mm²/s. They are mainly used as base polymers for the production of silicone elastomers produced by a polyaddition crosslinking reaction, and as additives to modify organic polymer compounds.

CARPOL® GP-5015 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 5000 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-5015 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CARPOL® PGP-2012 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2012 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 12% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® PGP-2000.

CARPOL® PGP-700 is used in chemical manufacturing as a base chemical for elastomers and polyurethane production.

CARPOL® GP-4520-55 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 4500 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 20% ethylene oxide. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-4520-55 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

MILLIONATE® MR-200 consists of pure-MDI and polymerized-MDI.

CARPOL® GP-725 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 700 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® GP-700. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-725 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CARPOL® SPA-357 is a sucrose amine-initiated polyether polyol. The high functionality of the initiators yields a resultant polyol with a nominal functionality of 5.5 and a typical hydroxyl number of 350. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. In addition, CARPOL® SPA-357 contains amine and therefore is autocatalytic. This allows the formulator to use less catalyst while achieving the same reactivity seen in other neutral rigid polyols.
