CARPOL® GP-5015 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 5000 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-5015 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

CARPOL® PES-375 is targeted for use in rigid polyurethane foam applications. The high functionality of CARPOL® PES-375 provides increased dimensional stability without compromising on viscosity or flammability performance. The advantageous properties of this polyol make it ideal for use in spray polyurethane foam.

CARPOL® GP-6015 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6000 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., as this polyol has low total unsaturation levels and an antioxidant package tailored for this type of market.

Bluesil™ FLD 48 V20 000 is polydimethylsiloxane silicone oils with linears chains and reactive hydroxyl end groups.

Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) is an aliphatic diisocyanate well suited for the production of non-yellowing type PU polymers and primarily used in PU paints.

Bluesil™ FLD 48 V6 000 is a polydimethylsiloxane silicone oils with linears chains and reactive hydroxyl endgroups.

Castorcin™ 320 is a 100% solids, castor oil based reactive diluent that is a blend of primary and secondary hydroxyls with a low molecular weight, which gives this multi-functional polyol a high level of reactivity with high hardness and strength.

CARPOL® GP-240 is a single-ingredient product. It belongs to the polyethers chemical family and is identified as polyoxyalkylene triol.

CARPOL® GP-1000-60 Polyolis a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 1000 Da. This triol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-1000-60 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® PGP-2000 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2000 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000 Da. This diol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity.

CARPOL® GP-4520 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 4500 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 20% ethylene oxide. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-4520 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.
