CARPOL® PGP-2000-60 initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2000-60 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000. This diol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity.

CARPOL® EDAP-800 is an ethylenediamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 800. This tetrol is polymerized with ethylene and propylene oxides and is autocatalytic due to its amine content. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, CARPOL® EDAP-800 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.

Polycin® 1679-M3 is a 100% solids, castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a primary polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane sealants and adhesives systems. Polycin® 1679-M3 imparts medium hardness and provides VOC reduction while offering the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved flow and levelling.

WANNATE® HB-75BX is an aliphatic biuret polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in of 12.5% n-butyl acetate and 12.5% xylene, colorless to slightly yellowish clear liquid.

MACROLEX® Red B is a dye used in plastics and elastomers for household goods and toys. It is suitable for both opaque and transparent dyeing.

ORGASOL® 3501 EXD NAT 1 is spheroidal copolyamide 6/12 powder with a narrow particle size distribution and an average diameter of 10μm. ORGASOL® 3501 EXD NAT 1 has a melting temperature of 142°C. HP1717 - Polystar Soya Long Oil Alkyd is a long oil alkyd made with soya oil in low odour mineral spirits. It has been formulated for use in wood and metal coatings and architectural enamels. This product exhibits low yellowing, good gloss, and good overall appearance.

ISOFOL 2426 S are primary saturated alcohols with defined branching of the carbon chain. Such alcohols are chemically described as 2-alkyl-1-alkanols and are also referred to as Guerbet alcohols. ISOFOL alcohols are high purity alcohols which offer excellent oxidative and color stability. Additionally, the twin 100% linear alkyl branches of the ISOFOL alcohols give a lower viscosity and better biodegradability than dimer alcohols derived from oxo-alcohols. The unique chemical structure of the ISOFOL alcohols also provides good solubility and solvency.

ALCOTEX 975 is a chemical blend, including methanol and 2-butanol. It is a single-ingredient product primarily used as a crosslinking agent in various CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) applications.

Waynflash™ 111 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor which contains sodium nitrite as part of its flash rust inhibition matrix. It is a highly effective inhibitor for the flash rusting on ferrous substrates during aqueous paint phase. It has also proven to be affective in preventing in can rusting. Typical used levels range from 0.25 - 1.0% max. based upon total formula weight. It is highly versatile and can be used in any water based systems. WaynflashTM 111 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Plastistrength® PD-1158 is an innovative acrylic additive that provides outstanding melt strength for cellular PVC formulations. This property leads to excellent foam density, a homogeneous cellular structure, and a high quality surface finish. Plastistrength® PD-1158 process aid has been specifically designed for use in thick PVC foam sheet and is also very effective in other PVC applications.
