EBECRYL® 85 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate that provides high reactivity in low extractable, low odor energy curable coatings and inks. Coatings and inks based on EBECRYL® 85 exhibit a low odor after UV or EB curing.

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 WDA 20 is a pre-activated amide wax supplied in a mixture of mineral spirit (D60) and alcohols. Under paste form for post-addition to solvent-based low polarity coating systems, it provides a shear-thinning rheology with thixotropic viscosity recovery to coating formulations. In coating systems, its crystalline fibres form an interacting network which gives rise to the shear-thinning rheology of the final coating. It provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application. Immediately following application, the coating’s viscosity undergoes a time dependent recovery as the network re-establishes itself. This time dependence is known as thixotropy and enables the final coating to attain very good levelling.

SURFONIC® LF-18 is an alkoxylated alcohol. This product is useful in many low foam applications such as rinse aids and mechanical dishwash formulations. It is also useful in formulating metal cleaning agents, semi-synthetic metal working fluids, low foam acid cleaners and agricultural adjuvants. SURFONIC® LF-18 is dispersible in water and soluble in many organic solvents.

TERMUL® 5500 is a high molecular weight alkoxylate of butanol. This product is a hazy viscous liquid at room temperature.

EBECRYL® LEO 10101 is a self-curing multifunctional acrylate enabling the UV curing of printing inks and coatings, not requiring additional photoinitiator, which reduces the risk of migration in indirect food contact applications. EBECRYL® LEO 10101 is specifically developed for making high reactive flexo inks with good flow and low migration. EBECRYL® LEO 10101 can be used for different colors also for white. It is recommended to use 20-30% EBECRYL® LEO 10101 in an ink or coating to reach a correct surface and through cure.

EBECRYL® 40 is a tetrafunctional polyether acrylate characterized by low viscosity, mild odor and light color. When formulated with acrylate oligomers, EBECRYL® 40 provides fast cure response in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and inks. Besides its high reactivity, EBECRYL® 40 improves the hardness and solvent resistance of cured inks and coatings. EBECRYL 40 is particularly recommended for lithographic offset inks, overprint varnishes and paper upgrading.

NYONOL™ LP-285 is a water insoluble polyalkene glycol (PAG). It is a clear liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. NYONOL™ LP-285 exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in various industrial lubricating applications.

Agiflex® 300 N063 is a polyether block amide used to replace common elastomers thanks to its technical features. The main application are sports shoes, sport rackets and tubes for transportation industry thanks to the very low density and high elasticity return.

ACRYLTAC® SP-405 is a carboxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion. Higher shear and lower tack values compared to SP-400.

CRAYVALLAC® PA3 XAF 20 is an alcohol-free pre-activated amide wax supplied in xylene. It is a rheology modifier in paste form with high efficiency (optimum sag resistance and viscosity).CRAYVALLAC® PA3 XAF 20 is supplied in the form of crystalline fibres. In a coating system, these fibres form an interacting network. This network gives rise to the shear thinning rheology of the final coating. This shear thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application.

PARANOL® AC-7012 is manufactured using Royal’s Quality Assurance program, with Continuous Improvement as its goal. This program requires batch to batch consistency.
