ROYALE BLACK® PP803 is a "P" type carbon black primarily designed for pressure pipe applications. Since this grade is used in pipes meant for conveying potable water and gas, it has good organoleptic properties and meets industry standards for 'P' type blacks such as low sieve residue, low ash and low sulphur. This grade also meets Commission Directive EC/10/2011 which deals with plastic materials and articles intended to come in contact with foodstuffs. ROYALE BLACK® PP803 is also recommended for water base printing ink applications because of its excellent dispersibility, good hiding, power and a blue undertone.

Bleumina® 312 is a series of Medium/High Color Furnace (MCF/HCF) blacks that provide excellent esthetics, along with high durability, in the final product. With very low particle size and a balance of structure, it exhibits good UV protection, high jetness, and gloss.

Superior Graphite 5590 is a purified synthetic graphite manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes the raw materials to extremely high temperatures, so that impurities including inorganic contaminants are evaporated. Superior Graphite 5590 is an ultrafine grade within this product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are wear reduction and increase in thermal conductivity for high demanding applications.

ROYALE BLACK® PC502 has been developed for fully bonded and strippable shield compound for power cable applications. ROYALE BLACK® PC502 is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black designed for use in semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. ROYALE BLACK® PC502 contains very low sulphur and low ash which improves cable life. It provides good surface smoothness and dispersibility in the semi-conductive compound.

Energia® 871 is a high conductive clean carbon additive which is designed to deliver excellent electrical conductivity in lithium-ion cells. Due to its unique morphological properties, Energia 871 requires less solvent during the electrode preparation. Energia 871 conductive carbon additive helps in improving specific capacity and power. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F is a High Purity Furnace Black that meets the below purity requirements of US FDA 21 CFR 178.3297.PP802F specialty carbon black can be used in various food contact applications where US FDA requirements are needed. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F also complies with other regional food contact legislation such as European Union EC 10/2011, Japan, and China. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F exhibits good jetness and blue undertone with excellent dispersability and masterbatch dilutability for various food contact applications.

Energia® 870 is a conductive carbon black which is designed to deliver excellent conductivity in various polymers such as PP, HIPS, PE, PS, PA and other thermoplastics. The morphological properties of PC EXP are balanced such a way that it offers excellent conductivity and good processibility.
