BONDERITE® S-AD 197 is a concentrated dispersion of extremely high purity colloidal graphite in a water-insoluble polyalkalene glycol. It provides superior fluid lubrication in extreme temperature, high stress environments that carbonize petroleum oils. If temperatures rise to the point that the polyalkalene glycol volatilizes, an adherent film of graphite remains on the wear surface to maintain a low coefficient of friction and prevent metal-to-metal contact.
