TMPTA is a widely used reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and inks. It imparts crosslinking to the cured polymer providing hardness and chemical resistance.

D.E.R.® 669-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 669-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight resin designed primarily for use in one pack stoving enamels in combination with heat-reactive cross-linking agents such as amino- and phenol-formaldehyde resins. D.E.R.® 669-20 Solid Epoxy Resin can also be used as a binder in ambient curing systems in combination with isocyanate cross- linkers. Finishes made from D.E.R.® 669-20 Resin are suitable for metal decoration, interior and exterior can coatings, tube and drum linings, coil primers and many other industrial applications.

Bayferrox® 181 is a single-ingredient inorganic pigment (Pigment Red 101) made from iron oxides, offering stable red color suitable for a range of applications.

D.E.R.® 324 is formulation for a high solids epoxy coating which may be applied with a roller over a properly pre-treated concrete surface. D.E.R.® 324 or d.E.R.® 353 epoxy resin can be used for the roller coating with similar performance.

Bayferrox® 4100/402 is an inorganic iron oxide pigment, known as iron(III) oxide or ferric oxide. It is widely used in industrial applications, particularly in the paper industry, where it serves as a pigment for coloration. This product is versatile and suitable for a range of uses in industrial additives and plastics.

PURMOL™ 4ST is a sodium (Na) type A zeolite with a pore size of approximately 4 Angstroms (0.4 nm). PURMOL™ 4ST is recommended for use with high quality coatings. In general, we recommend the addition of 2.5% - 5% Purmol powder to the polyol component. This must be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of two hours to allow the Purmol to adsorb all the water before addition of the isocyanate. With metal dust coatings we recommend the addition of 0.5% - 2% PURMOL™ 4ST powder.
