Pale 1000 Blown Castor Oil commonly known as blown oils have increasing viscosities resulting from oxidative and crosslink polymerization at the double bonds and hydroxyl groups. Oxidative polymerization of castor oil yields products with increased viscosities and decreasing solubility in aliphatic solvents, increasing compatibility with various resins and improved ability to wet and disperse pigments while imparting solvent and abrasion resistance to lacquer systems. The polymerized oils are used to plasticize a variety of resins in adhesive and sealant systems, inks and hot melts. The heavier viscosity polymerized oils are processing aids and plasticizers for rubber polymers, imparting oil and solvent resistance.

Calcinate® C-400W is a 400 TBN modified overbased calcium sulfonate containing a high level of crystalline "calcite" calcium carbonate. Calcinate® C-400W is designed to provide excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties to a lubricant. It is recommended for use in rust protective and forming oils as a chlorine replacement to impart enhanced extreme pressure characteristics of a crystalline overbased calcium sulfonates. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. Calcinate® C-400W is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

LOTADER® 9318T is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA- MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9318T is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerization in tubular reactor, LOTADER® 9318T also exhibits high transparency (low haze). LOTADER® 9318T can be used to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminium foils, fiber mats, foams.
