CYMEL® 1172 resin is an unalkylated glycoluril crosslinker supplied in water at 45% solids. It is designed to be used for crosslinking aqueous neutral or acidic hydroxyl or amide functional polymers and combines excellent stability at acidic pH (as low as 4) with excellent reactivity. CYMEL® 1172 resin cannot be used in amine neutralized or basic coating systems because of the potential problems of demethylolation of the compound and a significant decrease in cure response.

This technology equals and in many ways outperforms other premium, high temperature greases such as Lithium Complex, Aluminum Complex and Polyurea.

It is a pale, thermoplastic, acidic resin, Hydrogenation makes this resin highly resistant to oxidation and discoloration and to changes in solubility characteristics, when it is exposed to air and heat. In these respects, it is greatly superior to ordinary non- hydrogenated rosins.

BONDERITE® S-FN T-502 is a combination of specialty processed carbon particles in a fluoroelastomer resin system designed to provide high resistance values. In its cured form, it exhibits both high and low temperature flexibility and moisture resistance. These benefits, when coupled with ease of application and long shelf life, make the product adaptable to a wide variety of uses. This product may also be mixed with other Dag® products to provide a wide resistance range.
