Additin® RC 9305 is a chemical blend used as an additive package, anti-wear agent, antioxidant, and corrosion inhibitor in hydraulic fluids. It is applied at a dosage of 0.5% (w/w) and is compatible with metal, non-ferrous metal, and steel substrates. The product provides corrosion resistance, excellent demulsibility, good filterability, oxidation stability, thermal stability, high load carrying capacity, and hydrolytic stability. It is suitable for use in hydraulic fluid applications.

Focus PAS 15 are light colored, low odor, high molecular weight sulfurized additives. They are extreme pressure and lubricity additives, imparting outstanding metal removal while giving excellent lubrication properties to the finished fluid. They are inactive to copper at 100°C. They contain no chlorine or phosphorous.

H.B. Fuller® HM-1580 is a ready-to-use adhesive known for chemical resistance, oil and solvent resistance, good adhesion, medium open time, and excellent performance at both high and low temperatures.

BONDERITE® S-FN 8301 is designed for lubricant applications where environmental regulations restrict emissions of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). BONDERITE® S-FN 8301 provides good wear, low coefficient of friction, solvent resistance, and resistance to chalking in UV exposure. After dip or spray application, BONDERITE® S-FN 8301 can be either air dried or forced dried with heat. This superior coating material offers lifetime lubrication for heat-sensitive substrates, complex machined precision steel parts, light metals (copper, aluminum), and some non-metallic materials.

Strontium Chromate 176 with the chemical formula of SrCrO4, is the most effective and versatile corrosion inhibitor pigment available. Strontium Chromate 176 is a low dust, low oil absorption pigment compatible with aqueous or solvent borne paint systems and effective on all metals, such as steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. It is widely used in aerospace and coil primers.

MAINCOTE™ HG-56 is an aqueous emulsion designed as a binder for maintenance coatings. While it is compositionally similar to MAINCOTE™ HG-54D Acrylic Resin, its somewhat larger particle size mandates that it be formulated in a different manner. The formulator should pay particular attention to the guidelines in this brochure.

Calcinate® C-400CLR is a 400 TBN overbased calcium sulfonate. This highly overbased calcium sulfonate is engineered to have the alkaline component as all calcium carbonate. This product is used as a component in metal working fluids where the unique lubricity and extreme pressure properties of calcium carbonate are utilized. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® C-400CLR is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

SILBIONE RESINE 76405 is a polymethylphenyl-siloxane resin supplied as 50% solution in toluene. SILBIONE RESINE 76405 is used as release coating for materials that will be in contact with foodstuff. This resin can also be used as a binder in paints developed to protect and decorate these materials. MAINCOTE™ AEH-10 is a waterborne dispersion of an acrylic-epoxy hybrid polymer designed for high performance two-component coatings useful in residential, commercial and industrial coatings applications. The unique acrylic-epoxy hybrid technology facilitates the formulation of low VOC coatings with long pot-life, fast dry and hardness development, and excellent durability properties including resistance to chemicals, solvents and weathering. Versatility in the selection of curing agent allows the formulation of coatings with a range of properties. MAINCOTE AEH-10 Resin is an epoxy-functional material that can be crosslinked with typical epoxy hardeners, including amine-based hardeners and acid-functional crosslinkers such as acrylic latexes. D.E.H.® 85 is a unmodified, phenolic hardener.

Wayncor™ 205 is an anti corrosion pigment that utilizes a calcium ion exchange mechanism to inhibit the corrosion process. Its near neutral pH allows it to be used in a wide variety of formulas without a negative impact on paint stability. The fine Hegman grind (6.5 minimum) permits its use in thin film applications (4 - 10 microns) such as coil coatings and in more traditional industrial applications where the dry film thickness is higher. This fine Hegman value also allows the product to be high speed dispersed. The Wayncor™ 205 mechanism works well on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. Wayncor™ 205 can be used as the sole corrosion inhibitor or synergistically with other inhibitive technologies.

AA™ Standard Castor Oil is a commercial, quality refined grade castor oil. It is a light-colored viscous liquid. The principle constituent (approximately 90%) is the triglyceride (ester) of ricinoleic acid. The combination of hydroxyl group and unsaturation exists only in castor oil.
