TMPEOTA is a reactive diluent commonly used in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and inks. TMPEOTA can be used to impart crosslinking to energy curable coatings and inks while maintaining a degree of flexibility and toughness. Of the common triacrylate diluents used in energy curable formulations, TMPEOTA exhibits the highest reactivity and the greatest viscosity reduction of oligomers.

EBECRYL® 8809 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 8809.) Films of EBECRYL 8809 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and resistance to yellowing. EBECRYL® 1200 is an acrylate functional acrylic resin supplied in 45% by weight of butyl acetate. Upon evaporation of the solvent, films of EBECRYL® 1200 are physically dry and tack-free and after UV/EB curing are hard and chemical resistant without embrittlement. The viscosity and cured properties can be adjusted with the addition of reactive diluents such as 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). A suitable photoinitiator must be added for polymerization with UV energy

UCECOAT® 7674 is an acrylated polyurethane dispersion in water designed for waterborne UV/EB curable coatings.
