CARPOL® GP-6305-55 Polyol is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6300 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 5% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-6305-55 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant is a nonionic surfactant with a chemical structure designed to make it act as a defoamer in many applications. Even at very low concentrations, CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant can be used to reduce the superficial tension of liquids, including high viscosity liquids. Defoaming performance is a function of cloud point and end use temperature and CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant is a good low temperature defoamer. These materials are water soluble at low temperatures and will flocculate when warmed above their cloud point. In addition these products are easily removed and leave no residue on the surfaces.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ P1000 Polyglycol is a linear polymer produced by the polymerization of propylene oxide with propylene glycol. The P1000 nomenclature indicates a propylene oxide based product with a molecular weight of 1000. It is a clear, viscous liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. It exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in synthetic lubricant applications. It is suitable as an antifoam agent in latex formulations, pulp and paper processing, emulsion paints, and various food processes.
