RHOPLEX® HA-16 is a firm binder with excellent durability. It offers formulating flexibility with additives due to its nonionic nature and is especially suggested for battery separators and other industrial nonwoven applications.

RHOPLEX® K-3 is an acrylic crosslinking agent.

RHOPLEX® E-358 are self-crosslinking polymers which offer excellent strength and solvent resistance to both durable and disposable nonwovens. They perform well with synthetic fibers, cellulosics and blends and can be used on conventional bonding, drying and curing lines. Both water-based emulsions are hydrophilic, impart an intermediate hand and are suitable where maximum durability to washing or dry cleaning is required.

RHOPLEX® B-924 is an all-acrylic, metal-crosslinked, floor polish polymer that is specifically designed for areas where a combination of exceptional durability, good lay down gloss and formulation cost economy are required. RHOPLEX® B-924 is an excellent choice for use in health care facilities where exceptional durability is needed, and those high-traffic facilities which receive low frequency maintenance, such as schools and office buildings.

RHOPLEX® ECO-3988 is an acrylic binder and resin used primarily as a binder.

RHOPLEX® TR-934HS is an excellent all-purpose binder for applications requiring soft, flexible, and durable properties.

RHOPLEX® R-253 is designed for use as an aqueous release coating, particularly for masking tapes. Coated directly over creped or flat saturated tape stocks or base coated saturated tape stock, RHOPLEX® R-253 offers a release surface for a typical masking tape adhesive. These release properties are retained over extended storage periods as indicated by accelerated high temperature/high humidity aging tests.

RHOPLEX® E-2961 is a polyacrylate based polymer that contains carboxylic acid groups. This rheology modifier is a pre neutralized alkali-swellable emulsion which requires no pH adjustment. This RM offers a good combination of thickening efficiency and water holding. It is excellent for heavy paper and paperboard applications where heavy coat weights are common.

OPTI-MATT™ A-2000LV Duller is a silica-free duller with enhanced dulling capabilities, soft touch, and excellent product stability. It is designed to be the “dull” component for esthetically appealing furniture leather topcoats with high physical performance requirements. This duller offers a soft touch to topcoat finishes and enables good physical performance, including exceptional burnish resistance and excellent rub fastness and flexibility. It is supplied as a low medium viscosity liquid that is particularly easy to handle and formulate, while retaining good storage stability. Minimal mixing is required to help ensure uniformity.

RHOPLEX® B-88 is a very nonionic acrylic firm binder used as an additive to stiffen hand. Unlike other RHOPLEX® dispersions, RHOPLEX® B-88 does not form continuous films under normal conditions of application. When blended with softer polymers it helps produce films with improved toughness and improved resistance to blocking while maintaining good water resistance.

ACRYSOL™ ASE-95NP is a single-ingredient acrylates copolymer thickener with water as a carrier. It is also known as ethyl acrylate-methacrylic acid copolymer.

RHOPLEX® R-225 is designed to be used in release coatings for masking tapes. It offers tape manufacturers the application advantages of water-based systems. This polymer is simple to formulate, requires no catalyst, and offers the good initial release and re-adhesion characteristics that are obtained with solvent-based release systems.

RHOPLEX® ECO-3482 is an environmentally-advanced, APE-free, ultra low formaldehyde acrylic emulsion that combines softness with the inherent durability of a self-crosslinking binder, without the associated formaldehyde emissions. This self-crosslinking binder has excellent color, combined with softness and wet durability.

RHOPLEX® E-32 NP are self-crosslinking polymers which offer excellent strength and solvent resistance to both durable and disposable nonwovens. This water-based emulsion is hydrophilic, impart an intermediate hand and are suitable where maximum durability to washing or dry cleaning is required.

RHOPLEX® I-2183N is a modified aqueous acrylic polymer offering excellent heat resistance properties as an overprint varnish and a general ink letdown vehicle. It is a hard film former that offers excellent heat resistance without the use of zinc or zirconium additives. In fact zinc compounds should not be used as they will detract from performance. On press, RHOPLEX I-2183N has excellent transfer and printability with good resolubility for ease of clean up.
