Dynasylan® SIVO 203 is a new multifunctional aminosilane adhesion promoter that can be used for a wide variety of applications. Dynasylan® SIVO 203 is mainly dedicated for use in adhesives and; sealants to improve the adhesion of hybrid products (e.g. silylated polyurethanes, MS Polymers), RTV-silicones, two-part polyurethanes and two-part epoxies to inorganic surfaces and some difficult plastic surfaces. In addition, Dynasylan® SIVO 203 can lead to fast sealant curing and high-crosslinked products and it imparts both additional flexibility and hydrophobicity.

Dynasylan® 6498 is a vinyl silane concentrate (oligomeric siloxane) containing vinyl and ethoxy groups. Dynasylan® 6498 is a colorless, nearly odorless low ­viscosity liquid. Dynasylan® 6498 is an excellent compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (e.g. EPDM, EVA, PE).

Dynasylan® HYDROSIL 2776 functions as a surface modifier, coupling agent, and crosslinking agent in industrial additives.

Dynasylan® 1175 is a cationic polymeric aminofunctional silane possessing hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® 1175 to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter and as a surface modifier. Dynasylan® 1175 is a dark yellow to brown liquid. Dynasylan® 1175 contains 40% active ingredient and about 60% of methanol. Dynasylan® 1175 is miscible with water, with hydrolysis occurring.

Protectosil® VPS WS 602 is an aqueous emulsion for the water repellent treatment of mineral porous materials. Essentially VOC free.

Dynasylan® AMMO is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive primary amine and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® AMMO to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter and a surface modifier. Dynasylan® AMMO is a clear, colorless liquid having an amine­like odor which is soluble in alcohols and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Protectosil® 100 SK is a high performance solvent free ethoxy-functional oligomeric siloxane providing an excellent beading effect on mineral substrates, as well as outstanding water repellency.

Dynasylan® IBTMO is regarded as trifunctional since all three alkoxy groups are able to hydrolyze. Additionally Dynasylan® IBTMO contains an isobutyl group that adds organic character to the products. Hydrolysis leads to silanol groups which, in a subsequent condensation reaction, form very stable siloxane bonds (­Si­O­Si­). Condensation occurs parallel to hydrolysis once a certain amount of silanol groups have been formed. The absolute and relative rates of hydrolysis and condensation depend on a number of factors. The most important factors include pH, concentration, solvent, temperature and the catalyst.

Dynasylan® SIVO 408 is an oligomeric short-chain alkylfunctional silane. Dynasylan® SIVO 408 is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow liquid and soluble in common organic solvents (e.g. petroleum ether, toluene, alcohol). Because of its unique structure and viscosity Dynasylan® SIVO 408 is an easy-to-handle additive.

Dynasylan® OCTMO is a monomeric medium­ chain alkyl functional silane. Dynasylan® OCTMO is a clear colorless liquid and soluble in common non­polar organic solvents (e.g. petroleum ether, toluene). However its low volatility and viscosity make Dynasylan® OCTMO an easy ­to ­handle additive. During the hydrolysis reaction between water and Dynasylan® OCTMO a certain amount of methanol (VOC) is released.

Dynasylan® F 8261 is a bifunctional silane possessing hydrolyzable inorganic ethoxysilyl groups and a fluoroalkyl chain. Dynasylan® F 8261 acts as a surface modifier on mostly hydroxyfunctional substrates (e.g. glass, ceramic). It can also be used as an adhesion promoter between inorganic materials and fluoropolymers (PTFE, fluorosilicones etc.). Dynasylan® F 8261 is a colorless and odorless liquid. It can be diluted to a proportion of about 25 wt.% in ethanol and various other organic solvents, e.g. n-hexane, xylene, acetone or ethyl acetate.

Dynasylan® DAMO­T is a bifunctional organosilane possessing two reactive amino groups and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® DAMO­T to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter and surface modifier. Dynasylan® DAMO­T is a yellow liquid with an amine­like odor. It is soluble in alcohols, and aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.
