BONDERITE® L-FG 1105 is a non-graphited, water-based die lubricant formulated to provide effective lubrication and release when hot forging on presses, upsetters and hammers. It is capable of wetting dies at temperatures as high as 371°C (700°F), and provides good metal flow.

BONDERITE® L-FG RD-5 is a smokeless, water based graphite coating used in a wide variety of metalworking operations.BONDERITE® L-FG RD-5 (known as RD-5) forms a uniform dry film coating when sprayed on surfaces at temperatures up to and exceeding 600°F (316°C).

BONDERITE® S-AD 1614 is a concentrated dispersion of PTFE in highly refined petroleum oil. Compared to ordinary PTFE dispersions, it is exceptionally stable at room temperature. Its translucent color makes BONDERITE® S-AD 1614 (known as SLA 1614) desirable for applications where use of other dark colored solid lubricants would be objectionable.

BONDERITE® L-GP M 214 MOS2 (known as ACHESON MOLYDAG 214) is both an industrial maintenance lubricant and automotive additive that contains very fine particles of molybdenum disulfide in mineral spirits. It forms tenacious films of molybdenum disulfide on metal surfaces for effective lubrication at temperatures up to 315°C (606°F). BONDERITE® L-GP M 214 MOS2 is particularly well suited for conveyor chain applications because of its ability to form solid lubricating films over the entire bearing surface. Metal-to-metal contact is reduced and bearing life is increased appreciably.

BONDERITE® S-FN EB-012 ACHESON is one in a series of conductive coatings designed to provide controlled electrical properties. BONDERITE® S-FN EB-012 ACHESON is an application versatile, single component, water based dispersion of graphite in a thermoplastic binder that offers an extremely flexible coating with low resistance at a low cure temperature. The coating will provide a conductive, chemical-resistant coating that will withstand the environment inside of a lithium-ion polymer battery. With proper dilution, BONDERITE® S-FN EB-012 ACHESON can be applied by spray, brush, roll, or print methods. Once properly cured, the coating provides a tenacious, chemical and solvent resistant coating for most metal substrates.

BONDERITE® L-GP 2420 is a stable suspension of superfine graphite particles in an odorless aliphatic hydrocarbon. This material penetrates and dries quickly to form a tenacious graphite lubricating and protective dry film. BONDERITE L-GP 2420 ACHESON (known as DAG 2420) resists abrasion and reduces friction and wear while providing non-seizure, trouble-free operation in a variety of applications. It has exceptional performance in bakery oven and conveyor chain operation due to the low residue buildup left by the fluid component.

BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is designed to provide controlled electrical resistance properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON is a dispersion of finely divided graphite pigment in an epoxy resin solution. When properly cured, it has excellent adhesion to epoxy circuit boards, bushings, plastics and ceramics. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON also has excellent wearing properties. It provides chemical resistance to oils and many solvents, but not to enamel strippers. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON as a lubricant coating provides clean, dry, long-wearing, and superior maintenance-free lubrication for a wide range of light to medium load applications. A thin film of BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON keeps wear uniform and reduces friction on mating metal parts without requiring increased manufacturing tolerances. Components are protected from metal-to-metal contact even in applications approaching boundary lubrication, reducing the risk of damage due to partial or complete seizure. Formulated from processed micro-graphite and epoxy resin, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON forms tightly adherent coatings on many types of substrates. In addition to high lubricity, BONDERITE® S-FN 213 ACHESON coatings exhibit extremely good wear resistance to oils and solvents (except enamel strippers).

BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) is a blend of ultra-fine graphite particles dispersed in a water-extendible solution. Specifically designed for continuous casting, BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) provides excellent release, superior tooling protection and high temperature wetting characteristics on copper/bronze dam blocks. Its unique formulation minimizes gassing which compounds porosity levels. BONDERITE® L-CA PF 404 ACHESON (known as PF 404) does not build up and is easily washed from the dam block surface.

BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 is a colloidal dispersion of molybdenum disulfide in alcohol. BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 ACHESON (known as MOLYDAG 210) offers excellent extreme-pressure lubrication in a resin-bonded system that air dries in five to ten minutes. The material is easily applied by standard spray, brush, or dip methods to all substrates not affected by the fluid component. BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 ACHESON (known as MOLYDAG 210) is supplied as a concentrate to be used as is or diluted in appropriate solvent for final application.

BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 is a high quality lubricant additive consisting of superfine graphite particles in mineral spirits. Lubricants diluted with BONDERITE® L-GP 2404 ACHESON (known as Dag 2404) are able to form a highly effective graphite film on metal surfaces at temperatures up to 482°C (900°F). It is particularly successful in conveyor chain operation because it penetrates and forms a solid lubricating film over the entire bearing surface as the carrier vaporizes.

BONDERITE® S-FN 333 is a blend of fluorocarbon lubricants in an organic resin binder and solvent system designed for applications beyond the scope of conventional fluorocarbon coatings. Its low coefficient of friction, hardness, adhesion, resiliency, and cure conditions allow application of BONDERITE® S-FN 333 in a multitude of places where pure sintered PTFE coatings are unsuitable. Coatings of BONDERITE® S-FN 333 wear longer than pure PTFE, offer superior chemical resistance, and can be repaired without removing the existing coating. BONDERITE® S-FN 333 combines the toughness of the support resin with the surface properties of pure PTFE.

BONDERITE® M-MN LUBRITE 2 is a corrosion inhibitor used in 1K (one-component) coatings. It is compatible with iron, metal, and steel substrates, providing high oil absorption, scuff resistance, and preventing metal-to-metal contact. It also offers non-metallic properties for enhanced performance.

BONDERITE® L-GP 154, a specially processed colloidal graphite dry film lubricant, air dries rapidly at room temperature and adheres tenaciously to most substrates with minimum surface preparation. The thinness of the coating, coupled with high lubricity, provides clean, long wearing lubrication without redesign of component dimensions. Coatings are easily applied during manufacture or assembly by standard spray, brush, or dip techniques. BONDERITE L-GP 154 ACHESON is also an easy-to-apply resistance coating designed to provide conductivity, and excellent release properties to many nonconductive substrates, including most plastics. BONDERITE L-GP 154 ACHESON has been specified throughout the electronics industry in a multitude of roles. It can easily be blended with BONDERITE L-GP M 210 ACHESON (molybdenum disulfide insulating coating) to attain cost-effective sheet resistance variations.
