CRAYVALLAC® SF is a proprietary amide-modified hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifier with an enhanced tolerance to temperature and solvent strength suitable for a variety of different solvent-based systems e.g. aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon/alcohol blends. Compared to other hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers, CRAYVALLAC® SF is more tolerant to strong solvents and high processing temperatures due to the presence of its unique performance enhancing amide. The activation process constitutes the conversion of the CRAYVALLAC® SF particles to an interacting network of fibre-like particles. It is this network that gives rise to the final coating’s shear thinning rheology. This shear thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application.

CRAYVALLAC® SUPER is a high performance, micronised amide wax rheology modifier suitable for a wide range of solvent-based, high-solids and solvent-free applications. CRAYVALLAC® SUPER overcomes those difficulties which exist with hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers e.g. seeding and false-body. Consequently, coatings formulated using CRAYVALLAC® SUPER exhibit an enhanced performance such as controlled flow behavior, ease of application and excellent sag resistanceIts smooth viscosity recovery will help to achieve high film thickness without compromising a good levelling.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a fumed silica surface-treated with polydimethylsiloxane with very good thickening properties.

AddWorks® IBC 337 is a light stabilizer solution, based on a mixture of a UV absorber and a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), developed for 2K-Epoxy protective systems, to improve their weathering performance in regards to color change and cracking. AddWorks® IBC 337 can be used with most of the pigmented and clear 2KEpoxy systems and remains liquid upon storage.

TEGO® DISPers 688 is a polymeric wetting and dispersing additive for matte UV coatings. Stabilizes matting agents and gives low viscosities of the UV coatings, even at high matting agent levels. Improves processing during production and application of matte UV coatings. Helps to keep the matting effecton a stable level.

TEGO® DISPers 652 is a wetting and dispersing additive for inorganic pigments. Can be used in direct grinds of solventborne and radiation-curing formulations to reduce the viscosity. As a co-additive in universal colorants, it acts as a compatibilizer.

TEGO® DISPers 656 is a widely usable wetting and dispersing additive. Suitable for solvent borne, waterborne, and radiation-curing formulations and for universal colorants. Primarily stabilizes inorganic pigments, fillers,and effect pigments like aluminum pigments.

TEGO® Foamex 812 is an effective defoamer concentrate based on polyether siloxane technology. Universal grinding stage defoamer. Can be used in the let-down with sufficient shear. Prevents macro-and micro-foam.
