DYNOL™ 360 is an organic-based superwetter providing great substrate wetting especially on difficult-to-wet substrates. DYNOL™ 360 also acts as a coalescing aid and is suitable for waterborne coatings and inks.

EBECRYL® 640/20 TO is a modified diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin. This product is characterized by its light color, fast cure response and improved pigment wetting. Films of EBECRYL®640/20 TO cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit high surface hardness and gloss and the excellent solvent resistance typical of an epoxy resin. EBECRYL®640/20 TO finds broad use in UV/EB applications, such as inks, coatings and overprint varnishes.

PURMOL™ 3ST is a potassium (K) type A zeolite with a pore size of approximately 3 Angstroms (0.32 nm). Purmol 3ST is recommended for use with high quality coatings. In general, we recommend the addition of 2.5% - 5% Purmol powder to the polyol component. This must be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of two hours to allow the Purmol to adsorb all the water before addition of the isocyanate.

Polycin® T-400 is a solventless, castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol or viscosity modifier in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin® T-400 will impart higher hardness and strength, and as a reactive diluent, Polycin® T-400 provides VOC reduction along with the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved hydrophobicity, flow and levelling.

EBECRYL® 3708 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits relatively low viscosity and good cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 3708 cured by ultra- violet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good flexibility, high gloss, toughness, and superior impact resistance.

CYMEL® 243-3 Resin is a partially n-butylated melamine-formaldehyde crosslinking agent supplied in high flash aromatic solvent. It has excellent compatibility and is recommended for thermosetting acrylic and alkyd topcoat finishes and metal decorating systems. Its high resistivity provides wide latitude in formulating electrostatic spray finishes.

UCECOAT® 7655 is a radiation curable polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free before cure and after water evaporation. It has been developed for high end wooden furniture top-coats, both transparent and pigmented, but can also be used for other applications and substrates, such as field applied UV curable coatings for wood, concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors. This polyurethane dispersion is very reactive and exhibits very good scratch resistance. Due to the low viscosity, it can be applied by spray or curtain coater.

Exolit® AP 428 is a fine-particle ammonium polyphosphate produced by a special method. The product is largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents. It is colorless, non-hygroscopic and non-flammable. Exolit® AP 428 differs from most other commercial products in the following ways, greatly reduced solubility in water lower viscosity in aqueous suspensions, lower viscosity in PU polyol suspensions.
