Kane Ace® MX-710 is a 40% concentrate of coreshell rubber (CSR) particles – a toughening agent – in 1000 Mw polypropylene glycol. Kane Ace® MX-710 is a stable dispersion CSR particles do not separate under normal handling, formulating and curing conditions and it can be mixed or diluted with most polyols and solvents.

Cured films of EBECRYL® 5129 exhibit high hardness and resistance to yellowing plus outstanding scratch, abrasion and chemical resistance combined with a degree of flexibility not found in similar high functionality acrylates.

EBECRYL® 264 is an aliphatic urethane triacrylate diluted 15% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA). Films of EBECRYL® 264 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, abrasion resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 885 is a trifunctional polyester acrylate oligomer. Films of EBECRYL® 885 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibits high flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. EBECRYL® 885 is recommended for parquet floor coating, wood furniture coating applications and flexible coatings for metal.

EBECRYL® 895 is a dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate belonging to the acrylics and acrylates chemical family. It functions as a monomer and oligomer in CASE ingredients.

EBECRYL® 8413 is designed as the pigment grind oligomer for UV cured thermoformable ink applications and is designed for use in conjunction with the letdown oligomer, EBECRYL® 1300. EBECRYL® 8413 exhibits good milling properties and has very high elongation (550%). When used together with EBECRYL® 1300, non-blocking thermoformable inks can be developed. These thermoformable inks demonstrate scratch and temperature resistance, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates without the necessity of corona discharge or flame pretreatment.

EBECRYL® 130 is a cyclic aliphatic diacrylate useful as a reactive diluent in UV (ultraviolet) or EB (electron beam) curable coatings and inks. EBECRYL® 130 can impart a combination of hardness, toughness, and resiliency coupled with improved adhesion properties on various substrates. EBECRYL® 130 can also significantly increase the Tg of cured polymers. EBECRYL® 130 is particularly useful for scratch resistant coatings an plastics and as a pigment grinding vehicle for UV inkjet inks.

Cured films of EBECRYL® 1290 demonstrate outstanding hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

TEGO® Rad 2330 is an efficient low-foaming radically cross-linkable substrate wetting and slip additive, providing wetting and flow properties. Recommended for broad areas of application.

3M™ Ceramic Microspheres W-610 are unique, semi-transparent, white-colored, fine particle size, high-strength microspheres. These products are typically used to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings, improve hardness and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. Due to the ceramic chemistry of these products, they are also UV transparent down to 250 nm and have utility in radiation-curable and thin-film powder coatings.
