BONDERITE® S-FN T-502 is a combination of specialty processed carbon particles in a fluoroelastomer resin system designed to provide high resistance values. In its cured form, it exhibits both high and low temperature flexibility and moisture resistance. These benefits, when coupled with ease of application and long shelf life, make the product adaptable to a wide variety of uses. This product may also be mixed with other Dag® products to provide a wide resistance range.

VANCRYL® 927 is a medium glass transition temperature acrylic emulsion for the graphic arts industry. Excellent gloss can be obtained by utilizing VANCRYL® 927 in inks and coatings. Its film formation properties, coupled with its rapid water release, result in very fast drying. It is suitable for both flexographic and gravure printing on paper substrates. VANCRYL® 927 has excellent compatibility with pigment dispersions and alcohols. Inks formulated with VANCRYL® 927 have good transfer, printability, and resolubility for high-quality printing on various paper substrates (including metalized paper) and aluminum foil. VANCRYL® 927 can also be formulated as a high gloss OPV that will very quickly develop water, oil, and scuff resistance.

CYMEL® UI-27-EI Resin is a partially iso-butylated urea resin supplied in a mixture of ethanol and iso-butanol. CYMEL® UI-27-EI Resin is suitable for use in both acid curing wood coating applications and general industrial primer and topcoat formulations. CYMEL® UI-27-EI Resin is not suitable for exterior applications.

MAINCOTE™ AEH-10 is a waterborne dispersion of an acrylic-epoxy hybrid polymer designed for high performance two-component coatings useful in residential, commercial and industrial coatings applications. The unique acrylic-epoxy hybrid technology facilitates the formulation of low VOC coatings with long pot-life, fast dry and hardness development, and excellent durability properties including resistance to chemicals, solvents and weathering. Versatility in the selection of curing agent allows the formulation of coatings with a range of properties. MAINCOTE AEH-10 Resin is an epoxy-functional material that can be crosslinked with typical epoxy hardeners, including amine-based hardeners and acid-functional crosslinkers such as acrylic latexes. The ease of formulation and excellent balance of properties facilitated by MAINCOTE AEH-10 Resin make it an excellent choice for coatings used in a variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications.

D.E.H.® 2720 Epoxy Curing Agent is a high viscosity, modified cycloaliphatic polyamine based curing agent for epoxy resins. It contains no benzyl alcohol and no alkyl phenol.

PARALOID™ B-1225DMC functions as a binder, resin, and dispersant in case ingredient applications.

BONDERITE® L-GP 2420 is a stable suspension of superfine graphite particles in an odorless aliphatic hydrocarbon. This material penetrates and dries quickly to form a tenacious graphite lubricating and protective dry film. BONDERITE L-GP 2420 ACHESON (known as DAG 2420) resists abrasion and reduces friction and wear while providing non-seizure, trouble-free operation in a variety of applications. It has exceptional performance in bakery oven and conveyor chain operation due to the low residue buildup left by the fluid component.

RHOPLEX® E-1691LF is a low-formaldehyde, aqueous acrylic emulsion designed specifically as an overprint or letdown vehicle for adhesion to vinyl films and vinyl- coated substrates. RHOPLEX® E-1691LF offers excellent stain and solvent resistance, adhesion to vinyl, excellent plasticizer migration resistance, and excellent thermal color stability.

HP7279-Medium Oil Alkyd is a chain-stopped medium oil alkyd resin that is based on a blend of semi drying and drying oils. It is dissolved in Aromatic 100 for use in applications that require higher flashpoints.

CYMEL® MI-12-I Resin is a partially iso-butylated melamine supplied in iso-butanol. Its high reactivity, combined with very good leveling properties, makes CYMEL® MI-12-I Resin suitable for fast drying industrial applications like mirror backing, primers, and dipping enamels.

BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON (known as EMRALON 309) is a concentrated dispersion of PTFE fluorocarbon resin in an isopropyl alcohol carrier. BONDERITE® S-FN 309 ACHESON is designed to provide a fast-drying, low-friction coating when diluted or compounded as a lubricant. It provides good adhesion to many substrates including: wood, metal, rubber, plastic and glass. Moving parts wear longer, work harder and need less maintenance when coated with this product. As a “friction modifier” additive, it is conducive to most aerosol or coating formulations and can be applied by virtually all types of application methods.

D.E.H.® 536 cycloaliphatic amine hardener is used as a curing agent for epoxy resins in applications requiring good color and fast-set.

PARALOID™ B-99 50% Resin are effective pigment dispersants. They may also be blended with alkyds or nitrocellulose to improve the drying speed, gasoline resistance, and durability characteristics of the coating. They also provide significant upgrades to the gloss and hardness of other acrylic resins and other film formers when used as the grinding medium. PARALOID XR-34 is a slightly harder resin than PARALOID™ B-99 50% Resin.

DLVE™ 18 Epoxy Resin is a low viscosity epoxy resin (free of any organic solvent) that facilitates high solids coating formulations with low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, while minimizing compromises in performance.

FASTRACK™ 5408-A Emulsion is a new generation of all-acrylic emulsion for fast dry waterborne traffic marking paints with improved durability. Traffic marking paints based on FASTRACK™ 5408-A Emulsion feature fast dry over a broad range of application conditions and excellent durability in terms of retention of glass beads for night visibility and wear properties over asphalt, concrete, and old markings.
