Pale 4 polymerized castor oil oxidative polymerization of castor oil yields products with increased viscosities and decreasing solubility in aliphatic solvents. Pale 4 polymerized castor oil is used to plasticize a variety of resins in adhesive and sealant systems, inks and hot melts. It is a processing aid and plasticizer for rubber polymers.

HP1152 Soya Oil Alkyd is a low viscosity soya alkyd. It is formulated for use in ink vehicles and coatings that require improved pigment wetting. HP1152 - Soya Oil Alkyd can be used to improve the flow and reduce the viscosity of varnishes and inks, while minimising the need for solvents or ink oils. It can also be used to fortify latex paint, and increase the non-volatile content of conventional alkyd paints to improve their VOC compliance.

EBECRYL® 8414 is a urethane acrylate developed for liquid energy curable thermoforming inks. Flexographic inks made with EBECRYL® 8414 exhibit excellent thermoformability with draws up to 1" without cracking, blistering, separation or loss of adhesion. This medium viscosity oligomer has good pigment wetting capability and ink performance.

SURFYNOL® 104 is a multi-functional surfactant that combines dynamic wetting and molecular defoaming in waterborne coatings and inks. SURFYNOL® 104 is available in liquid form in different solvent cuts.

TEGO® Dispers 658 is a non-ionic wetting and dispersing additive that can be used in waterborne formulations and in universal colorants. It provides excellent pigment wetting and color strength development especially for organic pigments.

EBECRYL® 640/20 TO is a modified diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy resin. This product is characterized by its light color, fast cure response and improved pigment wetting. Films of EBECRYL®640/20 TO cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit high surface hardness and gloss and the excellent solvent resistance typical of an epoxy resin. EBECRYL®640/20 TO finds broad use in UV/EB applications, such as inks, coatings and overprint varnishes.

TEGO® DISPers 705 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent borne formulations. Stabilitzes inorganic pigments, fillers and bentonites. Can be used to produce very stable and easy to handle pastes of bentonites.

EBECRYL® 3708 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits relatively low viscosity and good cure response. Films of EBECRYL® 3708 cured by ultra- violet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good flexibility, high gloss, toughness, and superior impact resistance.

EBECRYL® 846 functions as a binder and resin in CASE ingredients. It belongs to the polyester acrylates and polyesters chemical families.

EBECRYL® 452 is a low viscosity polyester acrylate oligomer that exhibits exceptional pigment wetting properties making it an ideal pigment grinding resin. EBECRYL® 452 also gives a fast cure response when formulated with other oligomers and cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). EBECRYL® 452 is used for the preparation of highly loaded pigment pastes produced using 3-roll or bead mills. EBECRYL® 452 can be used for grinding all process colors and spot colors.

EBECRYL® 876 is a polyester acrylate resin designed for use in UV/EB curable coating applications, in particular over-print varnishes (OPVs). EBECRYL 876 provides a bisphenol A (BPA) free alternative to epoxy acrylate based formulations while providing equivalent performance properties such as fast cure response, high gloss, hardness and excellent chemical resistance.

EBECRYL® 3420 is a low viscosity, modified epoxy acrylate with good pigment wetting ability. In UV offset, the final ink produced with this resin exhibits an enhanced ink water balance and good misting. EBECRYL® 3420 can be used to produce a UV flexo ink with good flow, high gloss and high reactivity.

EBECRYL® LEO 10551 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing.EBECRYL LEO 10551 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.
