CYMEL® 373 resin is a partially methylated melamine supplied in water. Its high reactivity combined with water solubility makes CYMEL® 373 resin suitable for a wide range of fast-curing waterborne industrial coating formulations.

CYMEL® U-1052-8 resin is an n-butylated urea-formaldehyde crosslinking agent supplied in a mixture of n-butanol and xylene. CYMEL® U-1052-8 resin has excellent compatibility with epoxy resins and is particularly suitable for interior can coatings where it contributes to good adhesion and pasteurization resistance. CYMEL® U-1052-8 resin is not recommended for topcoats requiring exterior durability.

CYMEL® UI-27-EI Resin is a partially iso-butylated urea resin supplied in a mixture of ethanol and iso-butanol. CYMEL® UI-27-EI Resin is suitable for use in both acid curing wood coating applications and general industrial primer and topcoat formulations. CYMEL® UI-27-EI Resin is not suitable for exterior applications.

PM-500-18 is an MDI-based, urethane binder. It is designed for use in systems where extended processing times are required.

CYMEL® 247-10 resin is a partially n-butylated melamine-formaldehyde crosslinking agent characterized by a superior degree of compatibility with most backbone polymers, as implied by its very high hydrocarbon tolerance value. CYMEL® 247-10 resin is suitable for industrial baking enamels requiring good flow, high gloss and superior resistance properties. CYMEL® 247-10 resin is also useful as a leveling agent in coil coating and metal decoration formulations to improve flow, wetting and gloss.

CYMEL® UI-20-E Resin is a partially iso-butylated urea crosslinker designed for use in acid curing wood coatings with high film build requirements. Being supplied in ethanol, films dry very quickly resulting in coatings with excellent early block resistance.

CYMEL® 328 resin is a methylated high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in water. Its high reactivity and low formaldehyde release during cure makes CYMEL® 328 resin suitable for a wide range of fast-curing waterborne industrial coating formulations, such as can and coil coatings, OEM and foil coating applications

CYMEL® 327 resin is a methylated high imino melamine crosslinker supplied in isobutanol. CYMEL® 327 resin is very reactive and has a tendency towards selfcondensation at normal baking temperatures, providing films with very good hardness, gloss, chemical resistance and outdoor durability. Its major advantage relative to other high imino resins is its potential to lower VOC in high solids formulations.

CYMEL® 250 Resin is a new type of mixalkylated methylated and n-butylated melamine formaldehyde resin with high imino functions. It is designed specifically for automotive coating system and does not require a strong acid catalyst for fast cure response. CYMEL® 250 Resin is similar reactivity to conventional n-butylated melamine resin. A formulation by using CYMEL® 250 Resin can achieve lower VOC, compared to a formulation by using conventional n-butylated melamine formaldehyde resin.

Bluesil™ EMUL 269 is an aqueous macro-emulsion of an hydrogeno-polysiloxane.

CYMEL® UM-15 resin is a highly methylated urea crosslinker supplied as a liquid at >96% solids. Its high solids combined with very fast cure makes CYMEL® UM-15 resin suitable in high solids, low temperature curing systems, like wood and paper coatings. CYMEL® UM-15 is hydrophilic in nature, completely water soluble, and has very good compatibility with water soluble anionic backbone polymers. This makes CYMEL® UM-15 resin suitable for waterborne applications, like paper and wood coatings, where speed of cure is very important.

TRIGLYCIDYL ISOCYANURATE JF-77B is an isocyanurate based crystalline polyepoxide compound, its molecular weight is 297(CAS Number:2451-62-9), it owns good heat resistance,weather resistance,adhesive and high temperature performance.

CARPOL® TEAP-265 is a triethanolamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resultant material has a nominal functionality of three and a typical hydroxyl number of 635. This polyol’s functionality and short-chained nature make it optimal for use in rigid foam. Primarily used as a rigid polyol modifier, CARPOL® TEAP-265 can be used to cut the high viscosity seen with most sucrose based rigid polyols while acting as a good crosslinker. In addition, this polyol contains amine which enhances the overall system reactivity.

WANNATE® IT-100 is a cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate. WANNATE® IT-100 is a solvent-free material, supplied as pellets. This cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate is light-stable and non-yellowing. It has especially been developed as an isocyanate crosslinking agent for 2K PUR coatings or adhesives. It is also supplied as 70 pbw. solutions in various solvents.

RHOPLEX® PR-33 is an aqueous, all-acrylic, binder designed for exterior and interior primers and stain blocking sealers. This binder uses ambient cross linking technology to offer improved primer performance versus conventional latex polymers. The combination of an all-acrylic backbone and ambient cure crosslinking technology contribute to the excellent balance of properties found with RHOPLEX® PR-33 Emulsion Polymer. The excellent film formation achieved blocks stains from migrating through the dry paint film and yields stain blocking performance at high PVC. Enhanced adhesion and excellent durability are additional attributes of this technology.
