Additin® RC 3775 is a chemical blend used as an anti-wear agent and extreme pressure additive in gear oils, hydraulic oils, industrial oils, metalworking fluids, and turbine & compressor fluids. It is applied at a dosage of 0.2-1.5% (w/w). The product provides excellent wear protection, extreme pressure performance, good load-carrying capacity, high viscosity, and is an ashless additive suitable for various lubricating applications such as compressor oils, honing oils, and turbine oils.

Additin® RC 5202 is a chemical blend used as an extreme pressure additive in metalworking fluids, including semi-synthetic and synthetic formulations. It is mineral oil-free and provides enhanced extreme pressure performance, making it suitable for a variety of metalworking applications.

Focus ChloroPar P-56 is a chlorinated paraffin based on a medium-chain (C14-16) paraffin. This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

Additin® RC 2516 is a deactivated, medium active, light colored, low odor, high viscosity sulfur carrier with good solubility even in nonpolar base oils. Due to its excellent polarity and lubricity in combination with a controlled sulfur activity, it is particularly suited for manufacturing metalworking fluids for medium to heavy duty stamping, fine blanking and metal forming processes. The low copper corrosivity makes it also suitable for machining yellow metal alloys. It is also highly recommended for the formulation of EP greases, slideway oils and industrial gear oils.

Focus ChloroPar W-50AO is a chlorinated very long chain alkane (C24-28). This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

Focus PAS 15 are light colored, low odor, high molecular weight sulfurized additives. They are extreme pressure and lubricity additives, imparting outstanding metal removal while giving excellent lubrication properties to the finished fluid. They are inactive to copper at 100°C. They contain no chlorine or phosphorous.

Calcinate® OTS is a 300 TBN first intent overbased calcium sulfonate. This product is a high quality sulfonate designed to be a component in metal working formulations providing the beneficial effects of alkalinity for neutralizing acid and superior demulsibility for rust inhibition. It also directly protects the metal surface from corrosion. The calcium to sulfonate ratio is optimized for good oil solubility and compatibility with other formulating components. Calcinate® OTS is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Additin® RC 2515 is a chemical blend designed for use in gear oils, greases, industrial oils, and metalworking fluids. It is compatible with ferrous alloys, ferrous metals, non-ferrous alloys, and non-ferrous metals. The product offers extreme pressure performance, low odor, and stick-slip prevention, making it suitable for applications like gear oils, greases, metalworking fluids, and slideway oils. It functions as an extreme pressure additive.

Durad® 110 is a triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. Isopropylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, t-butylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates.

HORDAPHOS MDB is an efficient EP/AW additive for aqueous metal working fluids and water-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFC, HFA-E).

BONDERITE® L-GP M 208 is a high solids molybdenum disulfide additive in petroleum oil. It is specially formulated to provide an easy and economical method of fortifying greases and heavy oils with MoS2. The fine particles in this dispersion permit fully effective coverage at much lower solids contents than are required with MoS2 powder. This property also extends the range of application of finished lubricants to other industrial uses which require the benefits of solid film lubrication, but may be somewhat intolerant of coarse solid additives.
