Polyfill 130 are used in industrial applications that require maximum loading levels. With low surface area the maximum loading levels with use of coarse grind series Polyfill products increases flame retardancy and smoke suppression with more H2O molecules available. Exolit® OP 1230 is a white, fine grained powder based on an organic phosphinate. The product is non-hygroscopic and it is insoluble in water and organic solvents. Exolit® OP flame retardants for polyamides are all based on aluminum diethyl-phosphinate (= DEPAL). The pure substance DEPAL is sold as Exolit OP 1230 and in combination with synergists as Exolit® OP 13xx types. Exolit® OP 1230 is the first non-halogenated flame retardant which can withstand the demanding requirements of this high end segment of engineering plastics.

Exolit® OP 930 is a white, fine-grained powder based on an organic phosphinate. The product is not hygroscopic and it is insoluble in water and common organic solvents lik cetone, dichloromethane, MEK, toluene. Exolit® OP 930 can easily be dispersed in solvents like acetone or MEK.

Focus ChloroPar P-56 is a chlorinated paraffin based on a medium-chain (C14-16) paraffin. This product can function as an extreme pressure additive, flame retardant, and plasticizer. A small amount of stabilizer has been added to maintain product quality during transport and storage.

Exolit® RP 6520 is a brown-red paste, and is a thixotropic blend of castor oil with stabilised, microencapsulated red phosphorus. Focus DMMP - Odorfree is a high phosphorus content additive flame retardant with powerful solvency. Exolit® AP 740 F is a white free flowing powder. It is a non-halogenated additive flame retardant based on ammonium polyphosphate which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus/nitrogen synergism. Exolit® AP 740 F differs in its mode of action from chlorine or bromine containing flame retardants by achieving its effect through intumescence The flame retarded material foams on exposure to flame. The carbon foam layer so formed protects the polymer through its heat-insulating effect and reduces further oxygen access.

Durad® 110 is a triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. Isopropylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, t-butylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates.

Focus HP-51 is a durable/semi-durable flame retardant (FR) for textiles, paper, and coating applications. Focus HP-51 is an FR1 for textiles both cellulose and synthetic fibers. It imparts properties that are durable to multiple launderings, and can provide treated fabrics with minimal strength loss and a very desirable soft hand. Focus HP-51 is a water soluble, hydroxyl-functional oligomeric phosphate/phosphonate ester for textile, paper, and coating applications where a high phosphorus content is important. It is suggested as an efficient flame retardant for incorporation into aqueous finishing systems for cotton and synthetic fabrics.

Exolit® OP 1314 is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on organic phosphinates. The product achieves its flame retardant effect through intumescence. The thermoplastic polymer with Exolit® OP 1314 foams and crosslinks on exposure to flame and forms a stable char at the surface acting as a barrier. The protective layer provides a heat insulating effect, reduces oxygen access and prevents dripping of molten polymer. Compared to Exolit® OP 1312, the product gives an improved thermal stability of polyamide compounds. Exolit® OP 1314 is a white powder.
