LOTADER® AX8750T is a random Ethylene-Butyl Acrylate - Glycidyl Methacrylate terpolymer (E-BA-GMA). Acrylic ester brings softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low crystallinity) and high impact absorption behaviour. Glycidyl methacrylate gives reactivity (versus OH, COOH and NH₂ groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® AX8750T is compatible with LDPE in all proportions, and with most of ethylene copolymers. LOTADER® AX8750T is suitable as an additive to improve impact strength of engineering thermoplastics (PPS, PBT, PET) and PC/PBT, PC/PET and PC/ABS alloys. LOTADER® AX8750T can be used as a compatibilizer for polyesters/polyolefins blends, as bitumen performance enhancer and adhesion promoter onto metallic surface.

LOTADER® AX8840 is a random ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer. Glycidyl methacrylate provides reactivity (versus OH, COOH and NH2 groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® AX8840 is compatible with LDPE in all proportions, and with almost all other ethylene copolymers. LOTADER® AX8840 exhibits good adhesion on PET, PBT, PPS, metal, paper, glass. Due to its reactivity induced by the glycidyl methacrylate, LOTADER® AX8840 can be used as a compatibiliser for polyesters/polyolefins blends and as an adhesive for some laminate structures (polyolefins/polyesters, polyolefins/PPS etc.).

LOTADER® 18603T is a reactive ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, it has been designed to coextrusion application with polyethylene, ethylene copolymers, polyamides, EVOH, PET and PS. LOTADER® 9318T is a random ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride terpolymer (EVA- MAH). As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® 9318T is compatible with PE in all proportions, and with most ethylene copolymers. Vinyl acetate brings softness, flexibility, and polarity while maleic anhydride brings reactivity, leading to versatile adhesive properties to polar and non-polar substrates. As a result of high-pressure polymerization in tubular reactor, LOTADER® 9318T also exhibits high transparency (low haze). LOTADER® 9318T can be used to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET and PU films, aluminium foils, fiber mats, foams. LOTADER® 9318T is also suitable as a tie layer between polyethylene and polyamide in blown film, cast film or in tubes co-extrusion. It can be used as a coupling agent in cables compounds formulations.
