EHC41371 Phthalo Green BS provides liquid colorants that are low in viscosity, high in color strength, and maintain excellent stability. Possible applications for the EHC line include but are not limited to solvent-borne floor finishes, industrial paints, protective coatings, cast epoxies, thermoset composites, and adhesives.

D.E.H.® 623 is a curing agent used with epoxies (EP) in CASE ingredients.

CRAYVALLAC® SL is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology modifier designed for the high temperature manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilanes systems, where processing temperatures typically lie within the range 90 – 115°C. CRAYVALLAC® SL particles are converted to an interacting network of crystalline fibres. It is this network that gives rise to the shear thinning rheology. This shear thinning characteristic provides for a low viscosity at the shear rates associated with application by extrusion, and a very high viscosity under the low shear rates experienced after application. The net result is ease of application followed by excellent sag and slump resistance.

FORTEGRA® 501 was designed to provide toughening benefits to epoxy systems, mainly used adhesives and composites. The epoxy functionality enables the acrylic toughener to react into the thermoset. The thermal properties can be maintained for epoxy systems that have been toughened by the incorporation of FORTEGRA® 501. A wide variety of curing agents is available to cure this resin at ambient conditions. Most frequently used curing agents are polyamines, polyamides and modified versions of these. Elevated temperature cure is necessary and post-cure required to develop full end properties if anhydride or catalytic curing agents are employed.

AEROSIL® R 812 S is a fumed silica after-treated with HMDS.

RGC™ 39T is a partially graphitized carbon product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purifi cation technology. RGC™ 39T higher porosity plays a major role in important properties, such as resiliency, sound dampening, wear rate and friction reduction, heat dissipation, shock wave mitigation and others. Best suited applications are tribology and thermal conductivity in both thermosets and thermoplastics. Porous structure also provides better compatibility with polymeric chains during compounding. RGC™ 39T specific sizing process makes its non-fluffy even at a very fine size range, which makes it a suitable candidate for polymeric coatings.

D.E.H.® 536 cycloaliphatic amine hardener is used as a curing agent for epoxy resins in applications requiring good color and fast-set.

TEGO® Wet 238 is a modified polyether-siloxane-based superwetter providing exceptional substrate wetting and good flow and leveling in waterbornecoatings and inks.

D.E.R.® 3274 epoxy resin is a bisphenol-a based liquid epoxy resin modified with a di-functional reactive diluent, 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether.

D.E.N.® 438-A85 is a solution of a semi-solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and phenol-formaldehyde novolac in acetone.

AEROSIL® 150 VS is a densified hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 150 m²/g.

Focus Nilfoam 926 is a highly effective organo silicone based foam control additive. It is fully dispersible in water and is designed to be used in water-based systems such as metalworking coolants, waterborne coatings, inks and adhesives. Focus Nilfoam 926 provides rapid defoaming and has good compatibility with many different aqueous- based systems.

D.E.H.® 581 curing agent is a low viscosity amine hardener for epoxy resins. It is a fast curing hardener and offers good low temperature cure. It results in a blush-free product and has good water spot resistance and excellent chemical resistance to acids and solvents. It can also be used as an accelerator for other hardeners in coatings and civil engineering.
