Licolub®

Licolub® FA 1 powder vegetable based is an amide wax of type N,N-bis-stearyl ethylenediamine with particularly good thermostability. It provides typical slip and antiblocking characteristics to all polymers, e.g., in films. Licolub® FA 1 powder vegetable based does not affect the transparency of polymers and acts as a lubricant in a wide variety of polymers like PVC, PO, PS, and engineering plastics. Licolub® FA 1 powder vegetable based is produced from a raw material of vegetable origin.

Licolub® H 12 fine grain is an oxidized polyehtylene wax, also has a strong antisticking effect in PVC an Thermoplastics. Important areas of applications are pipe and profile extrusion and extrusion blow molding, especially when the final product does not require high transparency. Also used as an efficiend lubricant in PO based Wood Plastic Composites.

Licolub® PE 350 fine grain TP is a medium-molecular weight, low density and non-polar polyethylene wax.

Licolub® WE 4 powder is an ester of montanic acids with a polyol. Due to its polar center and the long, non-polar hydrocarbon chains, Licolub WE 4 powder combines internal and primarily external lubrication effects in the processing of engineering resins and PVC, especially in polyester compounds. In calendering of rigid PVC films, Licolub WE 4 powder offers excellent lubrication properties at high thermal stability and low volatility.
