Features & Benefits

Materials Features
Product Benefits
  • Very good balance of internal and external lubrication to improv e poly mer melt f low which enables the production of geometrically complex parts.
  • Excellent external lubrication properties prev ent poly mer melt sticking, e.g. when releasing injection molded parts from mold, resulting in smoother surf aces of injection molded parts.
  • Amorphous poly mers like Poly carbonate (PC) and Poly methy lmethacry late (PMMA) maintain their transparency if Licolub WE 60 f lakes is dosed at 0.2 - 0.5%.
  • High thermostability enables colour consistence an operational stability.
  • Low acid v alue results in stable impact phy sicals.
