ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE

ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier is a nonionic rheology modifier designed to offer high low-shear viscosity with an extremely shear thinning rheology and excellent thickening efficiency. It offers a rheology profile similar to ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier but is prepared without intentionally adding tin compounds to the production process.

  • ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier can be used in a variety of interior and exterior paint formulations.
  • It is particularly suited for use as a co-thickener to improve flow/sag balance with other associative Rheology Modifier, such as ACRYSOL™ RM-2020 E Rheology Modifier.
  • ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier can be used in gloss, semigloss, sheen and flat formulations based on acrylic, stirene acrylic and vinyl acrylic latex.
  • The highly shear thinning nature of this material makes it suitable for spray applications. ACRYSOL™ RM-12WE Rheology Modifier is provided as an easy to handle, solvent-free** and tin-free** liquid that is easy to incorporate in the manufacturing process.
