Product Applications
  • Additin® RC 5666A is medium oil long life semi synthetic package designed for multipurpose applications, for ferrous based materials, including stainless steels.
  • This additive package is not only designed to meet with modern day machining demands but also offers a clearer visual of the work piece, whilst being suitable for both soft and harder waters.
  • Additin® RC 5666 A can be used for designing semi synthetic fluids for severe metalworking operations by blending with additional lubricity, EP and corrosion inhibitor additives, such as Additin® RC 8100, RC 8103, RC 2526 and RC 2540.
  • This high quality package gives a straightforward blending process, by simply diluting with naphthenic as well as paraffinic base oil and water, minimizing process and vessel occupancy time, thereby reducing inventory requirements for multiple components.
Product Applications

Additin® RC 3775 is an ashless EP and antiwear additive for formulating industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids. The recommended treatment levels in metalworking fluids are in the range 0.2 to 1.5 % by weight Additin® RC 3775. By virtue of its specially selected raw materials Additin® RC 3775 is ideally suited for formulating high temperature lubricants. In combination with suited antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors or packages, e.g. RC 9308 (approx. 0.3% b.w.), Additin® RC 3775 (approx. 0.25 % b.w.) can be used for the formulation of ashless hydraulic fluids and other industrial oil with FZG load carrying capacity.
