Additin® RC 9305

Additin® RC 9305 is a chemical blend used as an additive package, anti-wear agent, antioxidant, and corrosion inhibitor in hydraulic fluids. It is applied at a dosage of 0.5% (w/w) and is compatible with metal, non-ferrous metal, and steel substrates. The product provides corrosion resistance, excellent demulsibility, good filterability, oxidation stability, thermal stability, high load carrying capacity, and hydrolytic stability. It is suitable for use in hydraulic fluid applications.

Additin® RC 9305 is ideally suited for use in ashless hydraulic fluids for which the following high performance demands have to be met: According to requirements, the recommended treatment levels of Additin® RC 9305 are in the range of 0.5% by weight.

Storage and Handling Conditions
  • In a dry place at room temperature approx. 24 months. This product is liable to crystallization at low temperatures.
  • If this occurs, gentle warming up to 40 - 50 °C with agitation will ensure homogenity of the product without adverse effects.
  • Local overheating - above 60 °C - must be avoided.
