- Key Features
Epoxy coating systems cured with AP 1015 present the following features:
- Suitable for ambient and low temperature cure, down to 5°C.
- Moisture insensitive and good flexibility when compare with other modified aliphatic amine hardener.
- Easy mixing ratio with liquid epoxy resin (1:1 w/w).
Applications & Uses
- Adhesive & Sealant End Applications
- Industrial Additives End Use
- Product Applications
- AP 1015 is used in combination with liquid epoxy resins and with other suitable epoxy for solvent free epoxy systems.
- AP 1015 is mainly used for fast setting epoxy adhesives and patching compounds.
- AP 1015 can also be used to accelerate other amine based curing agent.

Storage & Handling
- Storage Conditions
- AP 1015 should be stored in a dry place, preferably in the sealed original container at temperatures 15 to 30°C.
- AP 1015 should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight. Shelf life: (15 to 30°C): 12 months.
- Hazardous decomposition products: (When in fire) carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and other toxic gases and vapors.
- Handling Information
- AP 1015 will absorb moisture and carbon dioxide when left in open containers. This may result in increased viscosity and sometimes crystallization. Use personal protective equipments and follow industrial hygienic procedures.
- Recommended to use safety glasses, protective clothing, gloves, & masks suitable for chemical, solvents & their vapor.
