Product Applications
  • Baeropan® MC 8553 KA-ST/3 has been specifically developed for the stabilization of 105 °C UL rated T2 automotive cable insulation and can also be used in transparent formulations.
  • With regard to thermostability, heat aging resistance as well as rheological, mechanical and dielectrical properties, compounds of this type are comparable to dibasic lead phthalate.
  • The dosage of Baeropan MC 8553 KA-ST/3 depends on the formulation and the particular process and end use requirements.
  • In order to optimize rheological properties for the existing production equipment, it may be necessary to add external and internal lubricants.
