LOTADER® 18603T is a reactive ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, it has been designed to coextrusion application with polyethylene, ethylene copolymers, polyamides, EVOH, PET and PS. It can also be used as a coupling agents for HFFR compounds as well as impact modifiers for polyamides. LOTADER® 18603T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations. Exolit® OP 550 (LV) can be used for flexible polyurethane foams. It is a medium-viscosity liquid and it is based on a non-halogenated phosphorus polyol with a functionality of approx. 2. The product is a reactive flame retardant that can be chemically reacted into the polymeric matrix, preventing unwanted migration from the foam. Therefore, very low fogging values can be achieved which meet the most stringent emission standards for PU flexible foams in the automotive industry+elastomers.

LOTADER® AX8700 is a random ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer. Acrylic ester brings softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low crystallinity) and high impact absorption behaviour. Glycidyl methacrylate gives reactivity (versus OH, COOH and NH₂ groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. As an ethylene copolymer, LOTADER® AX8700 is compatible with LDPE in all proportions, and with almost all other ethylene copolymers. LOTADER® AX8700 is suitable as an additive to improve impact strength of engineering thermoplastics (PPS, PBT, PET) and PC/PBT, PC/PET and PC/ABS alloys. LOTADER® AX8700 can be used as a compatibiliser for polyesters/polyolefins blends, as bitumen performance enhancer and adhesion promoter onto metallic surface.
